Containment effort under way as major pipeline running to port of Tuapse springs a leak, report says. Oil has spilled from a major Russian Black Sea pipeline near the port of Tuapse, according to a report. Efforts are currently under way to contain the spill, the size of which is not known. The news wire cited Russia's emergencies ministry as saying it had identified the leak on the pipeline serving Tuapse. Reuters also cited the first deputy port captain at Tuapse as saying the leak had been spotted. It is not clear if the pipeline has been shut.
