At least four people died and 40 others were injured in a serious bus accident in Germany on Tuesday. The fatal accident occurred at about 10:30 a.m. local time (0930 GMT) on the highway 4 in eastern part of German state Hesse, Focus Online reported, citing local police. After a car skidded and crashed into the tour bus with seniors from German state of the Baden Wuerttemberg, the bus driver lost control of the bus, got to the right off the roadway and fell down a 50-meter deep embankment. As police spokesman Rodemer told Focus Online, it is still unclear how many people were in the bus. Victims with minor injuries were taken to the hospital in Bad Hersfeld, in northeastern Hesse, he said. "In addition, five rescue helicopters are on site to transport seriously injured people," said Rodemer. The police has required towing company to move the bus, as to see whether there are still people underneath the bus, said Rodemer.
